- Units must assemble/decorate their designated tree on-site
- Set up/decoration time: Dec 4 from 0900-1500
- Units are free to personalize their tree with additional materials
- Winner will be announced on stage at 1900
- Must have a representative available to receive the prize
- Units must disassemble their tree after 2000
