Improve your connections with family, friends, and current or future partners by attending the “Within My Reach” workshop, hosted by the Behavioral Health Family Advocacy Program.

Sessions are held every Wednesday through March 25 at the Southern Breeze Conference Room inside Ocean Breeze on Camp Foster, from 8:30 to 11 a.m.

This workshop provides valuable resources to help you develop interpersonal skills and build strong, meaningful relationships. Topics include:

• Identifying healthy vs. unhealthy relationships
• Setting and maintaining boundaries
• Practicing intentional decision-making
