Let's enjoy paddling at Nishiki River and seeing the sunset view from the riverside.

We will depart from Outdoor Recreation at 4:45 PM, take a bus to the Nishiki River, and start paddling (with your chosen paddleboard, canoe, or kayak) at 5 PM until sunset. Come to Outdoor Recreation before departure time on the day of the trip so we can prepare your vessel and make it ready to paddle! Open to patrons aged 12 and older.

The $15 fee includes:

• Transportation
• Rental paddleboard, canoe, or kayak*
• Paddling gear.

*After registering for this trip, send us an email at OMBIwakuni.OutdoorRecreation@usmc-mccs.org to select which vessel you would like to rent. You can choose from:

• Kayak: Solo or Tandem
• Canoe: Solo or Tandem
• Paddleboard

Register in person or by phone with Outdoor Recreation until May 28 at 6 PM.
Registration is available from:

• APR 29 | Active-Duty and Family
• MAY 14 | SOFA civilians, JMSDF, and MLC/IHA

• Max # of participants: 6
• Available to all base personnel ages 12 and up
