What Makes a Relationship Healthy?
Not everyone grows up seeing positive relationships. But no one should feel scared, controlled, or disrespected. A healthy relationship is built on:
- Trust
- Respect
- Open, honest communication
- Emotional and physical safety
Warning Signs of Abuse
Your partner:
- Uses physical violence.
- Controls where you go or who you see.
- Threatens you, your children, or pets.
- Makes you feel unsafe.
